Based in Houston, Texas, Catalycs Value Partners is a boutique consulting firm dedicated to serving CFOs and their middle-market PE stakeholders in the US market. Our talent is made up of top-tier financial and strategy consulting firms alumni, as well as former PE portfolio operators who understand the (ever) expanding roles of CFOs beyond the finance function and the fast pace of PE environments. As our name suggests, we strive to accelerate the enterprise value of our clients and thus seek opportunities to drive step-change or transformational results.

We are finance professionals at our core, but also understand the intersections with business strategy, operations and technology, and the importance of incorporating this expertise into our engagements. Beyond the finance function, we support our clients with expertise and a neutral perspective on M&A​—our fees are not based on deal closing and we advise against transactions if we believe they do not create value. We also capitalize on our heritage in turnarounds & restructuring and bring this expertise to situations requiring more comprehensive and rapid action.
